Children’s Product Disclaimers
1. Age boundary. Carrington & Finch — Kids A2 Protein is intended for children aged 4 to 9 years. For ages 4–5, use only under medical advice of a physician or certified dietician or nutritionist. NOT for infants under 12 months.
2. Allergen disclosure. Contains MILK. Not suitable for children with a diagnosed milk allergy; not lactose-free. Any other allergen information will be printed on the pack.
3. Medical consultation. Consult your paediatrician before starting if your child has known food allergies, medical conditions, or is taking medication. The product is NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE.
4. Not a substitute for a balanced diet. This is a Kids A2 Protein nutrition drink, not a meal replacement. It does not replace the need for a balanced diet of whole foods. One sachet per day.
5. No therapeutic claims. We do not claim Carrington & Finch treats, prevents, or cures any disease, or that it improves intellectual, school or sports performance, physical growth, or immunity. Nutrient amounts are stated on the pack against ICMR-NIN 2020 recommended intakes for children aged 4–6 and 7–9.
6. Damaged or faulty products. If a carton arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact hello@carringtonandfinch.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Storage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life 24 months at ambient temperature; no refrigeration required. Use each sachet straight after opening.

2. Acceptance
By using this website, joining our reserve list, placing an order, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site, join the reserve list, or place an order. Per India’s DPDP Act 2023, sign-ups attempted by users under 18 are suspended pending verifiable parental consent.
4. Pre-launch reserve list
Our product launches in India in early 2027. Joining the reserve list does not constitute a binding order and nothing is charged at reservation. For families on the reserve list, the launch price of ₹2,499 (inclusive of all taxes) is held for their first three cartons ordered at launch. If anything about the offer changes before launch, we tell you by email first, and you can walk away.
The first 500. The first 500 families to reserve, in order, are offered a free envelope of two sachets to try at home — one envelope per household, India delivery addresses only — sent when the first shipment lands in India, and a ₹300 code off their first carton, valid for 30 days from the day we send it.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to ₹50,000 INR or the amount you paid for the products in the last 12 months, whichever is higher, except where the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 or Australian Consumer Law provides for higher consumer protections that cannot be excluded.
6. Governing law + jurisdiction
For orders placed in India: governed by Indian law, jurisdiction Chandigarh courts.
For pre-launch Australian sign-ups (notify list only): governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, jurisdiction Victorian courts.
Where the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or Australian Consumer Law applies, those statutory protections cannot be excluded.
