Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

At launch we expect to deliver within India, beginning with selected regions (initially Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana) and expanding thereafter. Serviceable pin codes will be confirmed at checkout. We do not currently deliver outside India.

2. Dispatch and delivery times

All delivery timeframes shown on this website or at checkout are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated timeframes exclude weekends, public holidays and any period during which an order is held for verification.

Delivery is performed by third-party logistics providers. While we select our partners carefully, we do not control their networks and cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

3. Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment is taken. Any promotional free-delivery offer applies only as stated at the time of the offer, to eligible pin codes, and may be withdrawn or varied at our discretion.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide a tracking reference by email once an order has been dispatched. Tracking information is generated and maintained by the carrier.

5. Delivery address and acceptance

• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for delay, loss or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
• If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we may cancel the order and refund the price paid less any non-recoverable delivery costs.
• Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address provided, or to any person at that address who accepts the delivery.

6. Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@carringtonandfinch.com.au with your order reference and photographs of the item and outer packaging. We will replace or refund the affected item. Please retain the packaging until the matter is resolved.

7. Storage and handling

Our product is a shelf-stable powder. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and follow the storage instructions printed on the pack. We cannot accept responsibility for product quality affected by storage conditions after delivery.

8. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruption, strikes, extreme weather, natural events, regulatory or customs action, public health measures, or failures of infrastructure or third-party services.

9. Regulatory

Our products are manufactured in Australia and imported into India by Carrington & Finch India Pvt Ltd. Import, clearance and distribution are subject to applicable Indian food-safety and import regulations, and delivery may be affected by regulatory processes outside our control.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
