These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the carringtonandfinch.com website and any associated domains (carringtonandfinch.com.au, carrington-finch.com, carrington-finch.com.au) — together, "the Site" — operated by Carrington & Finch Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Pre-launch status

The Site is in a pre-launch demand-testing phase. We are not currently selling products. No purchase or monetary transaction takes place. Product mockups are concept renders. "Coming to India 2027" is our current target — we may delay, modify, or abandon the launch at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or sign up for the waitlist.

3. The waitlist

By submitting the form, we add your email and demographic information to our pre-launch waitlist. We may send you emails about our launch. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining does not create any contractual right to purchase the product, receive a sample, or receive any specific price, discount, or benefit.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by Carrington & Finch Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in this Site constitutes medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to AUD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. For Indian users, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) are not affected.
