Children’s Product Disclaimers
1. Age boundary. Carrington & Finch Kids 5+ A2 Daily Nutrition is intended for children aged 5 years and older. NOT for infants under 12 months (botulism risk from honey content per FDA/CDC/AAP guidance).
2. Allergen disclosure. Contains MILK. Made in a facility that processes soy and wheat. May contain traces.
3. Medical consultation. Consult your paediatrician before starting if your child has known food allergies, medical conditions, or is taking medication. The product is NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE.
4. Not a substitute for balanced diet. This is a nutritional supplement, not a meal replacement. It does not replace the need for a balanced diet of whole foods.
5. No therapeutic claims. We do not claim Carrington & Finch treats, prevents, or cures any disease. We do not claim it improves intellectual performance, school performance, sports performance, or physical growth beyond what an ingredient’s published RDA contribution would suggest.
6. 30-day money-back guarantee. Customer contacts safety@carringtonandfinch.com.au within 30 days of delivery to request refund.
7. Probiotic shelf-life note. LGG probiotic is temperature-sensitive. Storage above 25°C reduces probiotic CFU. Refrigerate after opening in hot climates. Beyond 18 months from manufacture (date stamped on pouch), LGG count may fall below labelled 1 × 10&sup9; CFU per serve.

2. Acceptance
By using this website, signing up to our waitlist, placing an order, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site, sign up for our waitlist, or place an order. Per India’s DPDP Act 2023 Rule 10, signups attempted by users under 18 are suspended pending verifiable parental consent.
4. Pre-launch waitlist
Our product launches Q3 2027 in India. Pre-launch waitlist signups do not constitute a binding order. We may, in our sole discretion, modify the launch date, the product specification, or the offer terms. Founder’s reserve pricing of ₹2,499 is held for the first 100 confirmed customers; subsequent customers may pay launch RRP.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to ₹50,000 INR or the amount you paid for the products in the last 12 months, whichever is higher, except where Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 or Australian Consumer Law provides for higher consumer protections that cannot be excluded.
6. Governing law + jurisdiction
For orders placed in India: governed by Indian law, jurisdiction Chandigarh courts.
For pre-launch Australian sign-ups (waitlist only): governed by Victoria, Australia law, jurisdiction Victorian Supreme Court.
Where Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or Australian Consumer Law applies, those statutory protections cannot be excluded.
