Inside the Folder

What you'll know by the end of tonight.

  • The one thing on a growth chart that matters more than any single dot — and the three patterns worth showing a doctor.
  • How to measure height at home so the number is right — and why you do it in the morning (children are up to 1 cm shorter by evening).
  • Where your child sits on the WHO reference charts — boys and girls, height and weight, with the average Indian child marked alongside.
  • A weight-for-height (BMI) check and an expected-height calculator that work themselves out as you type.
  • What one serve actually looks like — and how many a 4- to 9-year-old needs in a day.
  • Why water comes first, and why milk counts towards the cups a child needs each day.
  • The 20-minute rule for fussy eaters — and why snacks work best as small meals at set times.
  • Six things to plan if your child is vegetarian.
  • Move, sleep, screens — the three things outside the plate that matter too.

Why we made it

The 9 pm question.

To the parent reading this at 9 pm

You've probably typed the question into your phone more than once. Is she eating enough? Is he small for his age? Is it normal that he won't touch anything green?

What comes back is usually one of two things: something that frightens you, or something that sells to you. Often both.

So we put the world's reference growth charts, India's own growth-monitoring guidance and Australia's national dietary guidelines into one calm folder. Dot your child's height twice a year. Tick off the serves. Read one page when a question comes up.

The charts show where children stand — not where yours should be. Most children are exactly where they should be, and growing is a line, not a dot.

There's no product in it and nothing to buy. It's yours whether or not you ever order anything from us. And when something on a chart does look worth asking about, it tells you exactly that: ask your doctor — and bring the folder.

And because you're early

The Folder is free. So is a taste.

When you ask for the Folder, you join the reserve list for Kids A2 Protein — a chocolate milk drink for children aged 4 to 9, made in Australia, with every ingredient printed on the pack with its amount. The first 500 families on that list also get:

  • Two sachets to try at home, free, before launch — your child tastes it before anyone can buy it.
  • ₹300 off your first carton for one reply telling us how it went.
  • ₹2,499 locked for your first three cartons, all taxes included, whatever the price does after launch.

Why only 500? The first production run is small and every sachet in the envelopes comes from it — two sachets per envelope, one envelope per household. Envelopes go to the first 500 families to reserve, in order, when the first shipment lands in India, early 2027. No timers, no tricks — the number is 500.

Our promise: nothing to pay, no card, no subscription, and you can unsubscribe in one click. If anything about the offer changes before launch, we tell you by email first, and you can walk away.

Made in Australia.

Australian organic A2 protein milk from grass-fed cows on the Great Ocean Road, dried once, blended and packed in Victoria. Organic here means the farms — pasture, herd and milk — are certified organic in Australia. The finished sachet is not certified organic, because the vitamins, minerals and DHA we add are not. We would rather tell you that than imply it. See where →

Questions parents ask.

Is the Folder really free?

Yes. It arrives by email the moment you join the list. There's no product in it and nothing to buy.

Is it medical advice?

No. It's general information built on published reference charts and dietary guidelines. Your doctor always comes first — and the Folder tells you when a chart is worth showing them.

Will it work on my phone?

Yes. Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) and you can type, tick and use the calculators. Apple Preview shows it but won't calculate. Or print it and use a pen. What you type stays on your device — we never see it.

Do I have to buy anything?

No. The reserve list never charges you. The free sachets and the ₹300 are there if you want them.

What do you do with my email?

We send the Folder and news about the launch — nothing else. We never sell or rent your data, and you can unsubscribe any time. Privacy policy.

Who is the drink for?

Children aged 4 to 9. For ages 4–5, use only under medical advice of a physician or certified dietician or nutritionist. Not for infants under 12 months. Contains milk; not lactose-free.

P.S. The Folder has no limit — every parent who joins gets it. The free sachets do: 500 envelopes, for the first 500 families to reserve, in order — sent when the first shipment lands.

P.P.S. If you only read one page tonight, make it page 3: how to read the charts. It takes two minutes and explains what a doctor actually looks at.
