Common questions

Ask us the difficult ones.

We have tried to answer these the way we would want them answered if it were our child.

The product

What actually is this?

A once-a-day chocolate nutrition drink for children aged 6 and above, mixed at home in water. Most of what is in the pouch is certified-organic A2 milk from farms beside Australia's Great Ocean Road, dried once from fresh. On top of that we add a short list of nutrients Indian children commonly fall short on.

It is a daily top-up, not a meal replacement and not an infant formula.

Why mix it with water and not milk?

Because it already contains very good milk. Adding it to more milk would be milk on milk — and it would mean the quality of your child's drink depended on whichever milk was in the fridge. Made with water, the entire glass is what we sourced and tested.

What is A2, and why does it matter to you?

Milk once carried only the A2 beta-casein protein. Over generations of breeding, most herds began producing A1 as well — and A1 is what is in most milk today. Our milk is A2: the protein cows made before we changed them. We chose it because it is the original, not because we are claiming anything about what it does.

What does “dried once” mean?

Most milk powders are made from milk powder — produced somewhere, shipped, stored, then dried a second time during blending. Ours starts as fresh milk and is dried a single time, at a facility beside the farms. Fewer steps between the paddock and the glass. The full journey is here.

What flavour is it, and will my child drink it?

Chocolate at launch. We treated taste as a formulation problem rather than an afterthought, because the most carefully built drink in the world is worthless if a child won't finish it twice. And if yours won't — that is exactly what the 30-day money-back guarantee is for.

Safety & suitability

Is it safe for my child?

It is made for children aged 6 years and above. NOT for infants under 12 months. It contains milk, so it is not suitable for a child with a milk allergy. Consult your paediatrician before use if your child has known allergies, medical conditions, or takes medication.

Is it vegetarian?

Yes — lacto-vegetarian. Notably, the omega-3 DHA comes from algae rather than fish, so a vegetarian household is not asked to make an exception. The added B12 matters for the same reason.

How do I know it is actually clean?

Every batch is tested for heavy metals, pesticide residues, aflatoxin, melamine and microbial safety — and tested to confirm the amounts printed on the label are genuinely inside. The full testing list is here. Purity is the promise; testing is the receipt.

Is there sugar in it?

No refined sugar. There is a small amount of honey for taste, and honey is a sugar — we declare it as one rather than hide behind a claim. The pouch also contains naturally occurring milk sugars (lactose), which is why you will never see us say “sugar-free” or “low sugar.”

Will it make my child taller, sharper or less prone to illness?

We will not tell you that — and we would gently suggest being wary of anyone who does. We publish what is in the pouch and how much. What we will not do is attach promises to it. Our full editorial standard is here, including the claims we have decided never to make.

Reserving & buying

What does reserving actually cost me?

Nothing. No payment, no card, no commitment. It holds your place in the founding batch, locks founder pricing, and means you see the completed ingredient sheet before anyone else. Cancel any time before it ships.

Why should I reserve something that isn't finished?

Because the first batch is deliberately small and priced lower, and because founders see the finished formulation while there is still time to decide it isn't for them. You are not buying — you are keeping the door open at no cost.

How many emails will I get?

Three: when the formulation locks, when pricing is set, and when it ships. No other traffic. Reply to any of them and a person answers.

What will it cost?

Final pricing locks with the formulation, and founders hear before anyone else. Our position: priced at what genuinely good ingredients cost — not marked up to fund celebrity endorsements we do not use.

When does it launch?

Q3 2027 in India, beginning with Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana. Founders open ahead of public availability. Australia is deferred to Year 2 — tell us here if you would like to know when.
